1-2 small crushed garlic
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tablespoon of MSG
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine brown sugar, chili, salt, MSG and garlic powder
Rub brown sugar mixture into chicken
Roast chicken and stir evenly for 6 minutes
Roast until the chicken skin turns yellow and ripe
